Home-produced culinary delights
Quality and home-produced food is of great importance to us. The secret of good cuisine lies in home-grown and fresh ingredients and their preparation. The guests of our tourist farm can enjoy a variety of home-prepared seasonal dishes, since our cuisine is based on our agricultural and horticultural crops.
Year-round offer of traditional cuisine:
HOME-PRODUCED AIR-DRIED MEAT PRODUCTS (prosciutto, dry-cured pork loin, pork neck salami, pancetta, sausages, salami), GOSPODOV KLOBUK – KARST-STYLE ROAST MEAT WITH TERAN SAUCE, VEAL WITH HERBS, and OUR RENOWNED HONEY ICE-CREAM and COOKED DUMPLINGS.
Seasonal dishes:
Jota – a traditional soup with cabbage or turnip, asparagus soup, šelinka na ubelč – hot pot of raw aromatic celeriac roots grated into thin slices and pork, prosciutto ham, sausages or pancetta, pumpkin soup, home-made pasta with asparagus and prosciutto or pesto, home-made gnocchi with various sauces, nettle and other vegetable pancakes, a number of FRUIT DESSERTS, and much more.
Good food deserves good wine. Our guests can choose from Teran, Sauvignon, Cabernet Sauvignon, and a glass of Muscat.
Of course, we also offer various home-made juices and brandies.
