Our tourist farm is located in the very heart of the Karst region, on the Tabor Hill in TOMAJ. Many believe Tomaj is the heart of Karts, renowned for its terra rossa soil, which produces the best Teran wine. In addition to its local wine, Karst is also famous for pršut (air dried prosciutto) and the sharp Karst wind burja that gives it a special character.

Our family (also known as ROSKENI) has been engaged in agriculture for several centuries. The family name was first mentioned in 1630. Ever since then our ancestors have been making a living from winegrowing, fruit and vegetable production, and beekeeping.

In 1995 we have expanded into agricultural tourism, offering home-made culinary delights. We have also arranged accommodation to let our guests fully enjoy their staying on our farm and the whole region of Karst.

The members of our family (Izidor, Milojka, their three daughters Irena, Anja and Teja, and grandmothers Danica and Marija) do their best to please our guests. Even the most demanding guests are delighted with our home-made products and simple lifestyle.
